These terms govern use of https://pulse22.co and any forms on it. Free site reviews are informational. Paid services are described on the pricing page and billed through Stripe. You may cancel the monthly plan at any time.

If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
